Return Policy

After receiving your order, please carefully check the goods for any problems. 

If your merchandise is defective or incorrect please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number/reference
  • An explanation of the problem
  • Photos of the goods clearly showing any damage
  • Your contact details
After confirmation that the item is defective/incorrect we will we will contact you to organize and issue a replacement for you.

Please ensure that all returned goods are complete and in their original undamaged packaging.
